DiaUnion was co-organizer of the Industrial career & network day A career with a PhD beyond academia event which gathered 80 PhDs and 12 companies in Medicon Valley Alliance’s facilities on November 30. The purpose was to give the Danish, Swedish and foreign researchers with doctoral degrees (PhD) who participated in the meeting inspiration to continue their careers outside the academic world and instead apply to the private life science sector in the Øresund region which, like several other industries, needs more labor.
