DiaUnion is striving to create a center of excellence in autoimmune, type 1 diabetes, research in the Øresound region. Part of this effort is to offer relevant courses and symposiums for researchers, and we are happy to collaborate with the Danish Diabetes Academy and Medicon Valley Alliance in offering an exclusive day with the important topic “Biobank”.
This day will provide you with insight and broaden your understanding of the multidisciplinary world of biobanking. The course aims to facilitate the participants with an interdisciplinary perspective on the historical, technical, legal, and ethical aspects, including the importance of biobanking in longitudinal research.
The Biobank course is intended for PhD students, postdocs, and other researchers with an interest in biobanking, and participation is free of charge.
